Asphalt Repairs

Bollard Installation

Bollards ensure safety to the building’s structure from vehicular damage. They prevent vehicles from colliding into buildings, electrical boxes, main entrances, etc.

Caulking Applications

Prevent water leaks into buildings by applying industrial polyurethane caulk around the perimeter of the building where there is an open joint between the ground and wall or running vertically on a wall. It can be applied on concrete, bricks, pavers, railing pockets (to prevent rust), stair systems, precast stone, decorative stone, CMU (etc.). Our specialists can help provide easy solutions for your water leaks.

CMU Repairs

If your Concrete Masonry Unit or CMU (more so to cinderblocks) , is damaged it can lead to water leaks and possible pedestrian injuries should the CMU collapse. Whether its a structural wall or a decorative retaining wall, let our specialists handle this problem for you

There are multiple coatings that are applied to surfaces for vehicles and pedestrians. All coatings have a 1 year guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will repair all areas that were originally fixed without payment.

EIFS Repairs

External Insulation Finishing System or EIFS is mostly found on the exterior of commercial buildings and retail properties. If your EIFS is cracked or damaged, water leaks are inevitable and should be addressed immediately to prevent water damage. EIFS should look presentable since it gives the structure it's appeal.
